Ellen Degeneres continues to invite magicians to join her on her show. We've just learned from the man himself that Shawn Farquahar will be heading to a taping of "Ellen" on Wednesday which is scheduled to air on Thursday January 14th. According to Shawn, he got a call from Ellen's producer after she saw his thread trick and the Shape of My Heart routine. The producer asked for him to send tapings of at 12 effects for them to choose from because they want to have him back on multiple episodes. Until he arrives, Shawn won't know which one or two effects he'll be asked to perform. Shawn let us in on a couple of effects that he developed specifically for his appearance which focused in Ellen and her movie career which may or not be used on the show. I won't say anymore so that we can preserve the surprise, but watch for an effect with a DVD and we'll wait and see how he handles the dancing segment. Apparently, "Shawn don't dance!"  We also want to congratulate the magic team of Trevor Watters & Lorena on their engagement! Shawn actually took time to speak to us from their engagement party.
