JORDINI GETS A DEGREE IN MAGIC!
At the most recent Gathering for Gardner in Atlanta (G4G9), I had the pleasure of meeting with a young man that entertained a room full of people in front of the likes of Lennart Green and Blill Kalush. Jordini jumped into the fray when people started asking where the magic was after arriving for the convention during the pre-registration social in the bar at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta. Thanks to Mark Williams, I became aware of an article from the Indiana Student Daily celebrating the fact that he has earned his BA in Magic, a topic that was enthusiastically discussed when we met. According to the article. the "Bachelor of Magic" celebrated being the country's only student with a major in magic by performing for an audience of more than 300 after receiving his BA in the art :
He explained how he originally came as a violin student in the Jacobs School of Music, even though he had looked for a school with a magic program, which he could not find.
With every story, he expressed how much he has enjoyed being a magic major.
“Being a magician,” he said, “it’s just as cool as you think it is.”
He also thanked everyone for supporting him throughout the years. After the show, audience members could attend a reception in the Solarium.
